Open-weight language models for Turkish thyroid cancer patient education: prompts, model outputs, expert ratings and analysis code

This repository contains the materials supporting a blinded expert evaluation of two open-weight large language models (GPT-OSS-20B and MedGemma-27B-Instruct) for Turkish-language thyroid cancer patient education. It includes the system prompt, the 60-item Turkish question set with English translations, all model responses, de-identified expert ratings from five endocrinologists, and the analysis notebooks.
