The General Inventory is not considered a public register and the data reflected in it, as well as the results of its aggregation or statistical exploitation, constitute supporting information for the internal management and policy definition of the Madrid City Council and its public bodies. These data will not be effective against third parties nor may they be used to enforce rights against the Administration of the City of Madrid and its public bodies. Consultation by third parties of the data in the General Inventory may be carried out only when they form part of a file and in accordance with the general rules for access thereto.
