Establishment of hTERT immortalized mouse cardiosphere derived cell line.

The analysis showed differences of transcriptomes between 5-azacytidine induced CDCs and control CDCs. We identified 10uM 5-azacytidine treatment for 3 days, following with normal culture for 4 weeks,could induce hTERT immortlized CDCs cardiac differentiation. Differential gene expression cluster analysis indicated big difference after 5-aza treatment, which include cardiomyocyte specific genes,such as tnnt2,desmin,mef2a,etc. Control CDCs and 5-aza treated CDCs mRNA profiles were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using novaSeq6000.
