The Musashi proteins, Msi1 and Msi2, are ortologous RNA binding proteins involved in control of mRNA translation and pre-mRNA splicing. We used eCLIP-Seq to identify MSI1 target RNAs and binding sites in mouse retina. This study is paired with RNA-Seq (PRJNA795137) and quantitative proteomics (ProteomeXchange identifier PXD030748) of retina samples in which Msi1 and Msi2 have been knocked out from mature photodetector cells by tamoxifen inducible Cre.
