<strong>HIV-1 subtype diversity and immuno-virological outcomes among adolescents</strong> <strong>failing antiretroviral therapy</strong> <strong>in Cameroon: A cohort study</strong> dataset

A cohort study was conducted from 2018-2020 among 311 adolescents living with perinatally acquired HIV (APHI) receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) in one of the selected health facilities within the <em>“Resistance Evolution among Adolescents in Yaoundé and its surroundings” (READY-study)</em> in the Centre region of Cameroon. Participants were recruited following consecutive and exhaustive sampling. Follow-up was performed at enrollment (Phase 1), at 6 months (Phase 2), and 12 months (Phase 3).
