Gene expression comparison of the bulb region between different time points during bend formation of mouse zigzag hair follicle

To identify genes that upregulated only at bend formation, we compared gene expression profiles of the entire bulb region isolated from adult mouse zigzag hair follicle by microdissection at 11.0, 11.5, and 12.0 days after induction of hair regeneration. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the entire bulb region at 11.0, 11.5, and 12.0 days after hair regeneration (n = 2 for each time point).
