Evolutionary emergence and preservation of microproteins encoded by upstream ORFs

This datasets comprises two types of files:Files with extension utr.agat.gff. They are gene annotations that include 5' and 3'UTRs, which were obtained using information from Nanopore direct RNA (dRNA) reads. Spar: Saccharomyces paradoxus; Smik: Saccharomyces mikatae; Sjur: Saccharomyces jurei; Skud: Saccharomyces kudriavzevii; Sarb: Saccharomyces arboricola; Suva: Saccharomyces uvarum.Files starting with uORFs. They contain aligned homologous uORF sequences between pairs of Saccharomyces species. Only uORFs for which we found evidence of translation using Ribo-Seq data are included.
