Single-Cell Transcriptome Atlas of Human Sarcopenia and Osteoporosis

Sarcopenia and osteoporosis, as major age-related diseases, share similarities. Therefore, we performed single-cell sequencing analysis on the muscle tissues of patients with no disease, sarcopenia, and sarcopenia combined with osteoporosis.肌少症（Sarcopenia）与骨质疏松症（osteoporosis）作为两类主要的年龄相关性疾病，二者存在诸多相似之处。因此，我们针对健康人群、肌少症患者以及肌少症合并骨质疏松症患者的肌肉组织开展了单细胞测序（single-cell sequencing）分析。
