Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling of diagnosis, complete remission and disease relapse samples of an AML case with complex and unusual DNMT3A mutational profile. The Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850,000 CpGs from bone marrow samples at the three different conditions of disease. Bisulphite converted DNA from the diagnosis, complete remission and disease relapse samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip arrays.
