Nearly 60 percent of surveyed companies in Russia in 2019 allocated an additional budget for mobile video advertising instead of taking money from the one assumed for television ads. Approximately one third of advertsers allocated a budget for instream digital video advertising at the expense of television ad spending. One quarter of brands had a single budget to finance both TV and outstream digital video advertisements.
