Mus musculus strain:C57BL6J Transcriptome or Gene expression

Whole brains were dissected from ZSWIM8 knockout in OLs and ZSWIM8 semi-knockout mice littermates at P14. Incubate whole brain cells with O4 microbeads to enrich the pri-myelinating oligodendrocytes. RNA extraction, quality check, library preparation, next-generation sequencing and basic analyses were performed by Novogene (Beijing, China). Clean reads were mapped to the mouse reference genome (GRCm38/mm10), and Fragments Per Kilobase of transcript per Million mapped reads (FPKM) of each gene was calculated.
