PWG TM canonical v1: German–Russian translation memory (JSONL, TMX 1.4b, TEI Lex-0, OntoLex)

2,392 publication-grade PWG (Böhtlingk–Roth) German→Russian translation-memory records in one canonical JSONL and three derived interchange formats (TMX 1.4b, TEI Lex-0, OntoLex-Lemon/vartrans/PROV-O), with a zero-loss scholarly-field ledger (153,088 checks, 0 lost fields). Green pack only: 2,175 exact cards + 217 exact fragments. The Wave-1 5,000-headword Grok drafts are not included (independent n=400 serious-error 2.5% failed the ≤1% floor). SHA-256 of the four interchange files is in SHA256SUMS. Identical bytes are on GitHub release pwg-tm-canonical-v1.0.0. Rebuild: python src/pwg_tm_release.py in SanskritLexicography/RussianTranslation. PWG German source is public domain. Russian renderings are this project's own machine translation of that PD source.
