Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa Genome sequencing

Due to limited genome resources, details of molecular clues to high value metabolites and vegetative growth remain elusive, resulting in a lack of molecular fortification techniques. Here, we performed long-read PacBio II/IIe, Illumina NovaSeq, and high-resolution chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C) sequencing, with the main aim to obtain a high-quality and chromosome-level genome assembly of Chlorella pyrenoidosa.
