The invention relates to a load frame (1) for clamping a test specimen (2) in a test stand， said load frame comprising a layer structure which is formed from plates (11) and has a continuous cut-out for receiving the test specimen (2). An axis (X) of the continuous cut-out extends perpendicular to a stacking direction (S) of the layer structure. The invention also relates to a test stand system and to a method for clamping a test specimen in a test stand.
