Phyllosphere fungal profiling of cherry radish exposed to clean air, pristine, and aged polystyrene aerosols

This project investigates the response of phyllosphere fungal communities in cherry radish (Raphanus sativus var. sativus) to atmospheric nanoplastic exposure. Plants were treated with clean air, pristine PS aerosol, or aged PS aerosol under controlled conditions. Leaf surface fungi were sampled post-exposure, and ITS region amplicons were sequenced using the Illumina platform. The dataset enables analysis of fungal diversity, community dynamics, and functional shifts under nanoplastic-induced stress.
