This dataset comprises of experimentally obtained values, material composition tables and graphs for calcined clay blended oil-well cement slurry samples in terms of compressive strength in distilled water and synthetic formation water of salinity about 105g/L curing at 70C temperature and Life cycle assessment (LCA) of total CO2 emissions and environmental impact factors associated with slurries. Slurry preparation and compressive strength was conducted in accordance with API rp 10B -2 and specifications 10A. LCA was conducted using the ISO 14040 framework. Additionally, XRD xy data of class G oil-well cement is also attached.
本数据集包含煅烧黏土掺合油井水泥浆试样的实验实测值、材料组分表格与图表,涵盖该类试样在70℃养护条件下,于盐度约105g/L的蒸馏水与模拟地层水中的抗压强度数据,同时包含对应浆体的总二氧化碳排放全生命周期评价(Life cycle assessment, LCA)及环境影响因子数据。浆体制备与抗压强度测试均遵循API RP 10B-2标准与API 10A规范开展,全生命周期评价工作依据ISO 14040标准框架实施。此外,本数据集还附带了G级油井水泥的X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)xy数据。
