This repository contains raw data of Choi et al, Plants recognize identity and intensity of herbivores to adaptively reconfigure metabolism. 250930_eCOMET_analysis.R is a R script file used to analyze the data. metabolomics_raw_data.zip contains the processed LC-MS data to be used as input for the script. 260617_combined_bioassay_raw_data.xlsx contains the raw data of herbivore feeding bioassay. wt_hormone_concentration.xlsx contains quantification of phytohormones (JA, SA, and ABA) in WT samples.
