资源简介:
The special ecological environment and abundant resources of the northern agro-pastoral ecotone provide suitable living conditions for rodents, which can make it a reliable research system to reveal the co-evolution of rodents and their intestinal microbes. Based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing technology, this study characterized and analyzed the intestinal flora of rodent populations from the northern agro-pastoral interlacing zone and quantified host characteristics (including: The effects of age, sex, reproductive status, BMI, body weight, body length, etc.), environmental factors (soil microbial diversity, altitude, climate factors, etc.), host feeding habits, and population dynamics (population size and population density) on the evolution of intestinal microbial community, and verify whether the construction of intestinal microbial community conforms to the neutral theory. Since it is difficult to quantify the relative importance of diet, environment, and host genetics on gut microbiota in a single wild species or in captive animals free from environmental stress, this study incorporated these influencing factors into studies of different wild populations, and analyzed the independent contributions of each influencing factor to the evolution of rodent gut microbiota communities by constructing appropriate models. We characterized 21 different wild rodent populations, both sympatric and allopatric, including 4 families of Hamsters, Murinae, hamsterinae, Sciuridae, and 5 genera of Microtus, Hirsutus, Apodemus, Rat, and Yellow rat. The intestinal microbial composition of Apodemus agrarius, hamster, Norvegicus, Dauricus, Vole Brandi, and Vole oryzae) and one captivity population (Brandi's Vole). At the same time, representative species were selected to analyze feeding habits and intraspecies genetic lineage, and finally the effects of host factors, geographical environment, diet structure and lineal transmission on host intestinal microflora were quantified.
