Ribosome-nascent chain complexes (RNCs) were isolated using sucrose ultra-centrifugation. Total RNA and RNC-RNA of HCT116 were treated with TRIzol Reagent (Ambion, UK), respectively. The RNA samples with RIN more than 7 should regard the qualified RNA preparation for construction of sequencing libraries.
