NanTex SRM Dataset — SMLM I (ShareLoc)

This archive contains mono-structural single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM; dSTORM) images sourced partially from ShareLoc and prepared for training, validation, and testing of NanTex (computational multiplexing via organelle-specific nanotexture). It aggregates three structure classes from the ShareLoc corpus and preserves the original split logic used in the manuscript. Organelle types: microtubules, endosomes (LNPs), actin. Usage notesIntended for NanTex training and benchmarking; also suitable for general SRM classification/segmentation baselines.
