Die Arbeit stellt die von Hilarion Petzold entwickelte Burnout-Konzeption des Integrativen Ansatzes in Therapie und Supervision vor. Es wird deutlich: Dieses eigenständige, originelle Modell ist besonders gut für die Arbeit in der Supervision geeignet. In einer qualitativen Untersuchung durch Expertenbefragung, wird diese Sicht und auch die Praxiswirkung durch Unterstützung, Kreativierung und Ressourcenaktivierung bestätigt. This article presents the Burnout model of the Integrative Approach in Therapy and Supervision as developed by Hilarion Petzold. It is schown: This independent and original model is particularly suitable for supervisory work.
