Transcriptome sequencing

In this study, we discovered the effects of low nitrogen stress on melon grafted seedlings and the regulatory mechanisms by which grafting improves the low nitrogen tolerance of seedlings. We believe that this transcriptomic data will better resolve the genes that regulate grafting tolerance to low nitrogen stress and provide a theoretical basis and practical basis for breeding high-quality grafted seedlings.
