Twocan-954: Paired IF-IMC Image Dataset for Cross-Modal Registration This dataset contains 954 paired immunofluorescence (IF) and imaging mass cytometry (IMC) images from cell lines and tissue samples, stored as zarr files. Organization: qc_pass/ Image pairs with successful registration containing channels and aligned coordinates qc_fail/ Image pairs with failed registration containing channels only (no aligned coordinates) Contents: Cell line samples: U2OS, DLD1, 293FT (90 pairs)Tissue samples: Mouse lung (864 pairs) Multiple experimental conditions and imaging parameters Co-stained slides with fluorescent and metal-conjugated antibodies Each zarr file preserves the original channel information and, for successful registrations, includes the optimal transformation parameters identified through Bayesian optimization as described in the accompanying manuscript.
