'tws_cseof_v1.1_197907_201909.nc' The file represents reconstructed time series of terrestrial water storage anomalies from GRACE JPL RL06 Mascon Solution and GPCP 2.3 terrestrial precipitation using cyclostationary empirical orthogonal functions (CSEOF) method.
