PlantRNAFM preprocessed transcriptome dataset containing processed transcriptomes with the 5, CDS, and 3 regions labeled. This dataset is a preprocessed version of the data from over 1400 plants transcriptomes and proteomes, packaged in parquet format. The preprocessing pipeline includes mapping translated proteins onto transcribed nucleotides, filtering for the best hits, and converting hits into parquet format with a representation of the 5/CDS/3 labeling.
