Oncodrive3D datasets

Pre-built datasets and annotations for Oncodrive3D (v1.0.9) Oncodrive3D requires a one-time *build* step that downloads and processes large amounts of structural data to generate the datasets used for 3D-clustering analysis, plus an optional annotations build used for plotting. This step is time- and resource-intensive. This record provides those pre-built datasets and annotations so users can download them directly instead of building them locally. Annotations are provided for the Human and Mouse groups only. Usage Extraction requires zstd (e.g. sudo apt install zstd, or conda install -c conda-forge zstd): tar -I zstd -xvf o3d_datasets_human.v1.0.9.tar.zst Pass the extracted directories to Oncodrive3D as the datasets and annotations inputs.
