**Cultural expenditure 2019 and 2020 of public institutions of inter-municipal cooperation (EPCI)** with at least one municipality of 3500 inhabitants or more: cultural operating and investment expenditure, in euro and euro per capita for each EPCI (including Métropole de Lyon).
NB: operating expenses are intended for the day-to-day operation of the community, its services and the cultural activities it finances; capital expenditures include operations that change the consistency or value of the community’s heritage (constructions, major developments, infrastructure works, purchases of “sustainable” assets, etc.).
