Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) and participating D.C. government agencies. A database provided by the District Department of Transportation identified DC Circulator Lines. DC Circulator is a local transit option that provides access between key and popular locations in the District. All DC GIS data is stored and exported in Maryland State Plane coordinates NAD 83 meters.
