Barcode-Seq was used to characterize AAV vectors for renal gene transfer. This includes two types of Barcode-Seq (DNA and RNA) and three administration routes (intravenous (IV), renal vein (RV), and renal pelvis (RP)), resulting in six datasets of kidney transduction profiles. FASTQ files are only available for three datasets (RP/DNA, RV/DNA, and RV/RNA). For all datasets, including the remaining three (IV/DNA, IV/RNA, and RP/RNA), processed data containing barcode counts have been uploaded to Zenodo (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14053051).
