Three Brassica napus accessions (AACC, 2n = 4x = 38) (including Darmor-bzh, Brauner Schniikohl and Mendal), one Brassica rapa accession (AA, 2n = 2x = 20) Chiifu-401-42 and one Brassica olearcea accession (CC, 2n = 2x = 18) Jinzao02-12, diploid ancestors of An and Cn subgenome of Brassica napus, were used to perform Hi-C and RNA-seq experiments. For three representative Brassica napus, Darmor-bzh and Brauner Schniikohl are oil-used natural allopolyploids corresponding to oil and leaf use, and Mendal is an oil-used synthetic allopolyploid. Seeds of all accessions were sown in a greenhouse at 30 °C with a 16 h light/8 h dark light cycle. 40 days later, leaves of two and three leaf stage were collected for Hi-C and RNA-seq experiments.
