资源简介:

This Zenodo repository contains supplementary data and information for the paper "Correlation Lengths, Hurst exponents, and Source scaling properties of Global Slow Slip Events" by Sun et al. If you use any of the data or models please cite it accordingly. In the paper, we present a global compilation and analysis of slow slip event (SSE) source scaling properties and slip roughness. Using published slip distributions, we quantify Hurst exponents and correlation lengths to describe the spatial complexity and characteristic asperity sizes of SSEs. Additional scaling relationships between seismic moment, rupture dimensions, and average slip are also examined, highlighting differences from regular earthquakes. These parameters provide a physically grounded basis for realistic stochastic slip modeling, supporting simulations, hazard assessment, and potential machine learning applications For any questions or issues, email Yu-Sheng Sun at yushengs@uoregon.edu.
