中国第12次北极科学考察(2021年)走航人工气象观测数据

依托“雪龙 2 号”维萨拉船载自动气象站，大气调查人员按照国标《海洋调
查规范第 3 部分：海洋气象调查》和《极地海洋水文气象、化学和生物调查技
术规程》的要求，每日世界时 00 时、06 时、12 时、18 时中 3-4 个时次进行常
规气象观测和海况观测。
本数据为第12次北极考察期间人工气象定点观测数据，调查时间为2021年7月-9月，数据内容包括经纬度、航向、航速、气温、相对湿度、露点温度、海平面气压、风向、风速、能见度、天气现象、云量云状、浪高涌高、表皮海温等。

Relying on the Vaisala onboard automatic weather station aboard the Chinese icebreaker Xuelong 2, atmospheric survey researchers conducted routine meteorological and sea state observations at 3 to 4 scheduled daily time slots selected from the 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 UTC time points, in compliance with the requirements of the national standard (GB) *Specification for Oceanographic Survey – Part 3: Marine Meteorological Survey* and the *Technical Regulations for Polar Marine Hydrometeorological, Chemical and Biological Surveys*.

This dataset comprises fixed-point manual meteorological observation data collected during the 12th Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition, with the survey period spanning from July to September 2021. The data includes latitude and longitude, course, speed over ground, air temperature, relative humidity, dew point temperature, sea level pressure, wind direction, wind speed, visibility, weather phenomena, cloud cover and cloud type, wave height and swell height, sea surface skin temperature, and other relevant parameters.
