DNA methylation of the endothelin receptor B makes blue fish yellow

This dataset contains the source data associated with the study published as Fang et al., "DNA methylation of the endothelin receptor B makes blue fish yellow," in Nature Communications. The data include processed image analysis results, quantitative datasets used in figures, and representative media (photographs and videos) of Astatotilapia burtoni males displaying induced coloration changes in different visual environments. These files correspond to the data visualized and statistically analyzed in the manuscript's main and supplementary figures. Please note that raw instrument files generated by proprietary platforms—including Bio-Rad CFX384 qPCR output files and Qiagen PyroMark pyrosequencing pyrograms—are not included due to license restrictions.
