CoBRA_segmentation_youngstock

This dataset was created within the CoBRA project (Cow Behaviour Recording and Analysis) and contains 250 segmented images of a youngstock pen which was continuously monitored for over a year. Each image is accompanied by a .json file containing 1) the coordinates, name and class of annotated segments and 2) the coordinates of annotated masks. Masks where used to occlude animals in the background which were not segmented. All animal segments are classified according to the animal's behaviour: standing or lying. The numerical encoding of the behaviours can be found in the "project" folder. Annotations were made using the CoBRA_segmentor software (https://github.com/mperneel/CoBRA_segmentor)
