专精特新认证是国家为培育和支持专精特新中小企业而设立的一项荣誉资质。国家、省根据《工业和信息化部关于印发优质中小企业梯度培育管理暂行办法的通知》（工信部企业[2022]63号）、《广东省工业和信息化厅关于印发优质中小企业梯度培育管理实施细则的通知》（粤工信规字[2022]3号）要求开展国家专精特新“小巨人”企业、广东省专精特新中小企业评价认定工作，经公示认证的企业可以享受国家和地方的相关政策扶持，如税收优惠、财政补贴、金融支持、项目资助、政府采购、市场推广等。Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative (SRDI) certification is an honorary qualification established by the Chinese government to cultivate and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). At the national and provincial levels, the evaluation and accreditation work for national-level "Little Giant" enterprises with SRDI features and Guangdong provincial SRDI SMEs is conducted in accordance with the requirements of two official documents: the Notice on Issuing the Interim Measures for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of High-quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MIIT Enterprise [2022] No. 63) issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and the Notice on Issuing the Implementation Rules for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of High-quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (Yue Gongxin Gui Zi [2022] No. 3) issued by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. Enterprises that have passed public notice and official accreditation are entitled to receive relevant policy supports from the state and local authorities, including tax incentives, fiscal subsidies, financial support, project grants, government procurement preferences, market promotion support, and other preferential policies.
