This project will produce several high-throughput DNA sequencing datasets. Raw data readsfrom all of them will be made available by depositing them in the Data Centre. The followinglist describes the expected outputs of the project:1) Dataset from in vitro AMR transmission experiments using a mock bacterial communityrepresentative of the mice gut microbiota.2) Dataset from in vivo AMR transmission experiments conducted using the natural gutmicrobial community of mice in the presence and absence of antibiotics3) Dataset from a time course experiment of AMR transmission in the natural gut microbialcommunity of mice.All these datasets are of a few gigabytes each in size, we envision a total usage in the rangeof 100 Gb.
