This dataset contains synchronized optical, temperature, and force measurements collected using the PhasorDetect handheld multispectral near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) device during vascular occlusion tests (VOTs) in human subjects. The device acquires raw reflectance intensities from LEDs centered at 525, 590, 630, 680, 780, 810, 880, and 940 nm together with internal temperature and applied contact force. Each record includes timestamps (Timestamp), running time (T), per-wavelength signals (wXXX), internal temperature (Temp), dark baseline (Dark), and applied force (Force). White-card calibration data (wcXXX, wcTemp) were obtained before each trial to serve as reference reflectance.Processed files include synchronized tissue oxygen saturation (StO\u2082) and tissue hemoglobin index (THI) values acquired simultaneously from a Hutchinson InSpectra device, along with temperature-corrected and smoothed wavelength channels (wXXX_final, wXXX_smooth) and normalized reflectance ratios (rXXX) referenced to the white-card calibration.Data are provided for N = 14 participants, with separate Left and Right arm recordings for each subject. Each arm dataset includes three phases: pre-occlusion baseline, ischemic occlusion, and post-occlusion recovery. The files are stored in .xlsx format with identical column structures for interoperability with MATLAB, Python, and Excel environments.
