TLR9 Stimulation of Anergic HCV-Associated Clonal Memory B Cells Triggers Rheumatoid Factor Autoimmunity by the TNF-α Pathway

Transcriptionnal analysis of pathogenic IgM Memory B cells stimulated or not with CpG from 3 differents HCV related Cryoglobulinemia. We analyzed the transcriptomic profiles of pathogenic IgM Memory B cells stimulated or not with CpG from 3 differents HCV related Cryoglobulinemia. Microarray analyses were performed 72H after stimulation or not of IgM memory B cells with CpG in 3 differents donors.
