The aim of this study was to compare soil fungal communities and soil microbial activities of three successional temperature Quercus mongolica forest stands (20y, 30y, and 40y) in Northeast China to investigate the maintenance mechanism of fungal diversity and provide the basic theory basis for the fungal diversity in the forest.
