资源简介:
This dataset derives from a longitudinal single-case study examining the effects of a Somatic Experiencing® (SE)-based Autonomic and Emotional Modulation (MAE) protocol on suicidal ideation, trauma-related symptoms, dissociation, alexithymia, and psychophysiological functioning. Data were collected at three main time points—baseline (A1), treatment-as-usual (A2), and post-intervention (A3)—as well as continuously across 10 psychotherapy sessions. Psychometric measures include BSI, FSII-Br-m, PCL-5, DES-II, TAS-26, DASS-21, CD-RISC-10, and WHOQOL-Bref. Psychophysiological data include heart rate variability (HRV; RMSSD, ms) and skin conductance response (SCR; responses per minute), recorded using a Polar H10® sensor and analyzed with Kubios software. The dataset is organized in tabular format, with rows representing time points or sessions and columns corresponding to clinical and physiological variables. Derived measures include five-minute intervals of maximal (pp) and minimal (ps) autonomic activity. Missing data are minimal and related to occasional recording limitations. Files are provided in standard formats (e.g., .xlsx), enabling reuse for analyses of longitudinal changes in suicidal ideation, autonomic functioning, and related clinical variables.
