Quercus lobata Genomic Resources

Iconic oak species of California occurring along foothills of Sierra's and coastal ranges. Occurs in riparian forests and oak savannah habitat. Due to landscape transformation by humans, it is the most jeopardized oak in California. These data have been produced as part of the CCGP. Sequencing was conducted with HiFi Pacific Biosciences long reads at UCDavis Genome Core, Dovetail's OmniC libraries, and Illumina sequencing at UCBerkeley QB3 Genomics Core.
