RNA Sequencing of induced pluripotent stem cell derived motor neurons from C9orf72 hexanucleotide repeat expansion carriers and controls

Transcriptomic signature of the C9orf72 hexonucleotide repeat expansion in induce pluripotent stem cell derived neurons. iPSC-MNs for RNA sequencing were harvested on DIV 39 from 3 control lines and 4 patient lines (from 3 individuals, with one providing two clones) from ALS patients carrying the C9orf72 hexonucleotide repeat expansion.
