Data and code for "Diversity, distribution and intrinsic extinction vulnerability of exploited marine bivalves"

The main data used in our analyses have been published with the paper. Here in this repository we provide the R script for reproduing the figures and tables, the model outputs, and a shape file of the global grid system used for the grid occurrence data and for producing biogeographic figures.
