Number of tourists in accommodation establishments in Poland 2019-2023

In 2020, nearly 17.9 million tourists used accommodation facilities in Poland. This means a decrease of 50 percent compared to the same period last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the situation has improved since 2021. In 2023, the number of tourists accommodated in Polish hotels increased by 0.6 percent compared to the previous year, reaching over 36.2 million tourists.
