This study aims to compare the phenolic compound profiles during the development of three Fagopyrum species calli: F. esculentum, F. tataricum and F. homotropicum. The results show that Fagopyrum callus cultures exhibit species-specific phenolic patterns: F. esculentum shows minimal phenolic accumulation and rapid growth, while F. tataricum accumulates rutin and F. homotropicum proanthocyanidin, correlating with reduced growth rates.The files uploaded here, correspond to the row and unprocessed data obtained from the different performed analyses.
