本数据为关于铁氧化物的主微量元素及Fe同位素数据集,在中国地质大学(武汉)地质过程与矿产资源国家重点实验室获得,主微量元素采用电感耦合等离子质谱仪ICPMS进行测定,Fe同位素采用MC-ICP-MS和LA-MC-ICP-MS进行测定。对主微量元素含量进行灵敏度漂移校正,元素含量根据 BCR-2G、BIR-1G 和 BHVO-2G 进行校准。对于Fe同位素使用样品标样间插法校正仪器质量歧视,采用Cr金属进行54Cr的同质异位素干扰校正,数据误差以2sd给出。富铬铁氧化物可以作为富铬地质样品原位Fe同位素分析过程中的监控标样,该数据集可以作为实验中评估仪器状态以及实验数据质量的推荐值或基准值。
This dataset contains major and trace elements and Fe isotopes of iron oxides, which was acquired at the State Key Laboratory of Geological Processes and Mineral Resources, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). Major and trace elements were measured using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS), while Fe isotopes were analyzed via Multi-Collector Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (MC-ICP-MS) and Laser Ablation Multi-Collector Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (LA-MC-ICP-MS). Sensitivity drift correction was performed for major and trace element contents, and the elemental concentrations were calibrated against BCR-2G, BIR-1G and BHVO-2G. For Fe isotope analyses, instrument mass discrimination was corrected using the sample-standard bracketing method, and isobaric interference of 54Cr was corrected using metallic chromium. Data errors are reported as 2 standard deviations (2sd). Chromium-rich iron oxides can serve as monitoring standards for in-situ Fe isotope analysis of chromium-rich geological samples. This dataset can be used as recommended values or reference benchmarks for evaluating instrument status and experimental data quality in relevant experiments.
