Dataset for the COVID nasal study, comprising paired GeoMx and CODEX measurements across nasal tissue regions. File guide: - GeoMx_Counts.csv: transcriptomics count table. - CODEX_Expression.csv: annotated proteomics dataframe. - *.ome.tiff: CODEX proteomics images, one OME-TIFF per region (10 files). - *_MESMER_mask.tif: corresponding MESMER segmentation masks (10 files), paired by region name to the .ome.tiff images.
