Effect of knockdown of CCDC137 on gene expression in bladder carcinoma cell T24.

To explore the function of CCDC137 in the regulation of gene expression in bladder cancer, we established CCDC137-knockdown T24 cells. We then conduct gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of CCDC137-knockdown cells and control cells.
