Isoform_library_cell_measurements

Cell measurements extracted from imaging data from cells expressing the different protein isoforms examined.The first columns describe the metadata (ImageNumber, ObjectNumber (cell) in image etc.). Key metadata columns are the 'Gene_name' that describes the gene and, if >2 isoforms are being examined for that gene, the exact isoform pair that a cell belongs to. 'ISOFORM' descibes what isoform in a pair that a cell expresses. DEx = isoform with no cassette exons, WT = isoform with cassette exon. In instances where multiple cassette exons are being examined, this is further specified as 'ExA' (exon A), 'ExB' (exon B) etc., and corresponds to names used in Supp. Table 1.For the controls, the ISOFORM variable is slightly different. For the positive control, WT = mCherry and DEx = mCherry-RAB5A. For the negative control, both WT and DEx corresponds to mCherry-RAB5A, but different wells (Metadata_Well).The TRANSFECTED column indicates whether the cell was classified as positively expressing an mCherry fusion or not.
