The gene expression profiles of HUVEC cells treated with LIMCH-overexpressed JAR cells-derived small extracellular vesicles.

Preeclampsia is a major pregnancy complication leading to maternal and neonatal mortality, but the detailed pathogenesis remains unelucidated. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) contain proteins and nucleic acids inside and are responsible for intercellular communication. In this study, we investigated the roles of LIMCH1-containing EVs on vascular endothelial cells in vitro. Overall design: We established LIMCH-1 overexpressed JAR cells and collected EVs using the ultracentrifuge. Then, HUVEC cells were treated with the EVs, and RNA sequencing was performed.
